I am a Holistic Wellness Coach and Registered Nurse based in beautiful Creston, BC.
I support women struggling with chronic fatigue and pain to rebuild their energy and start feeling like themselves again—through a holistic, sustainable approach that looks at the whole body.
Many of the women I help are dealing with ongoing exhaustion, brain fog, digestive issues, and nervous system overwhelm—often feeling dismissed or told everything is “normal” when it doesn’t feel that way.
Together, we explore root contributors like gut health, chronic stress, and inflammation, and create simple, realistic strategies to restore balance and support your body over time.
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, along with my training in holistic wellness and personal experience with long-term fatigue and pain, I bring both clinical insight and real-life understanding to this work.

But these symptoms don’t come out of nowhere.
Chronic fatigue and pain are often the result of multiple factors building over time—like nervous system overload, gut imbalances, long-term stress, and inflammation.
When we only look at one piece, things don’t fully improve.
That’s why I take a whole-body approach—so we can start addressing the real root causes and support your system in a way that actually makes a difference.
